First off, I came to discover that in you, I got the best designer that I've seen in the business, particularly as it relates to your ability to create the pattern for the design on site.  From my observation, this really set you apart from the other two markets that I met with...who both had to return to offices and provided only three dimensional graphics days later which you also provided later.  The ability to create on-site greatly enhanced our ability to understand the construct and quantify our specific needs. 

I further discovered that at installation earlier this week, I had been assigned two professionals that did a superb job with the install.  David and Jose were absolutely brilliant with the installation and took great care in assuring that the process in no way harmed furniture, flooring or accessories as we had rain on Tuesday.  I could not have been more pleased.

"I would like to commend your installer, Aiman Abdeigader on the professional and timely job he did at my home on Friday.  Your designer, Mary Frazer had planned a beautiful laundry room and reach-in closet, and the installation was impeccable.  Mr Abdelgader returned later with some screws that had been omitted from the original supplies and completed the job on his own time.
